Dates and Socks and Features, Oh My!

Here at work, I had to just check the date and time of a flight from Hong Kong to Anchorage. Maybe my brain is extra mushy today, but I'm having a hard time with the International Date Line right now. The flight left at 11:45 pm tonight. How's that for mixing your tenses?

In other news, I can't stop looking at all these cool new socks I want. The problem is that I have German-Helga calves and knee socks never fit right. But maybe with the spandex...? Here are my faves:
