Focus On... Studio KMO!

Studio KMO is backed by Karen O'Leary, a Charlotte, NC based artist who makes these ridiculously cool hand-cut maps of cities all over the world. And when I say hand-cut, I mean she cuts out the maps by hand.

Studio KMO just listed a new line called Squares and Circles where she has gorgeous original (but map-inspired) pieces. I love the hand-cut Washington Square piece (below)

but the pen and paper print might be more my speed (Rittenhouse Square below)
