Tell me some basic info about yourself. I've wanted to be an artist since I was in kindergarten. Right then, at the age of five, I decided I was one and I’ve been one ever since.

I live in upstate New York on an acre and a half of gorgeous earth with my soul mate and our munchkins. Together, with lots of animals, we live in a constant, yet subtle state of happy.

What kind of mediums do you use and why? I've experimented with pretty much everything but these days I tend to use mostly pen and ink in conjunction with my computer. I still occasionally get the urge to hold my paint brush though.

What made you decide to sell on etsy? I have been an artist since I can remember. It’s what I love to do and what I am best at. Why not try to make some money doing it?

Where do you get your inspiration? Everywhere. And I mean that literally. There’s no telling when inspiration will hit or where. I often find the shower one of the most inspirational places. It’s a great place to let my mind wander into other worlds.

What is your favorite music to craft by? I listen to everything under the sun. Well, almost everything. I will not listen to rap or country as a rule. My favorites are classic rock, grunge, and what I think of as my “easy listening” playlist. This includes some Hall and Oats, James Taylor, etc.

When it's cold outside... I would much rather be inside toasty warm with a hot cup of tea and a cozy sweater.

When I'm hungry... get out of the way or lose a limb.

I wish I was/were... selling more prints at the moment.

If I could give one gift to everyone I know, it would be... the gift of true love. Everyone should get the chance to know what it’s like to really and truly love and be loved back.

What's your favorite piece of your own?

There are actually a few but Margot is topping out at number one these days. She’s so quirky and comfortable in her dinosaur skin.

What are your favorite blogs/websites right now?

There are a few that I check in on every now and again but the list is a bit long. I make a point to limit computer time since I’m more interested in drawing and being with my family.
